The Opportunity: Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Smart Age Solutions, you'll be a vital part of our superstar team. Your role will focus on strengthening client partnerships and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and enhance relationships between clients and the company.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, overseeing onboarding, user adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities (cross-sell & up-sell) based on client needs.
  • Ensure ongoing customer success and serve as a trusted advisor, maximizing the value of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve critical goals, delivering exceptional value.
  • Contribute to a top-tier Customer Success unit within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Account Management or sales experience.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Proven track record in account management, customer success, or related roles, showcasing enhanced customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a talent for balancing commercial outcomes and customer needs.
  • Innate problem-solving skills and a positive outlook.
  • Possession of a Higher Education Degree.
  • Strong time-management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and execution.
