As a Corporate Recruiter, your role will be pivotal in attracting top talent to our organization. We're looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Excellent command of the English Language;

  • Proficiency in using Linkedin Recruiter;

  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle;

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;

  • Ability to manage multiple calendars efficiently;

  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities;

  • Moderate understanding of Social Media Marketing;

  • Graduated in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.


Your responsibilities as a Corporate Recruiter will include:

  • Scheduling calls and interviews;

  • Developing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract high-quality candidates;

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer/onboarding;

  • Posting job ads on professional sites, job boards, and social media platforms;

  • Participating in candidate sourcing efforts;

  • Assisting in resume screening for various teams;

  • Managing calendars for hiring teams and candidates;

  • Providing prompt communication and assistance to candidates during the interview process;

  • Utilizing ATS (recruiting software) to track open roles and manage candidate progress;

  • Sending out all necessary emails, such as application confirmations and rejection notifications, and handling paperwork like offer letters.
