Role Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate new business opportunities across our client's service portfolio, including managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and communication technologies. You will demonstrate to potential clients how these services can streamline their operations, enhance security, and improve communication efficiency. This role suits a strategic thinker with a deep interest in technology, eager to understand and solve the diverse challenges businesses face in managing and securing their IT infrastructure. Your ability to connect client needs with our client's comprehensive solutions will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Understand the specific needs of each prospect and tailor proposals (after consultation) that highlight the unique benefits of the services.
  • Conduct compelling presentations to decision-makers, demonstrating the value and necessity of the IT solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business deals, ensuring alignment with the client's needs and the service offering.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of cyber security, IT trends and market demands to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback and results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of successfully closing deals, preferably in the cyber security, telecoms or related IT services sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging senior decision makers.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in lead generation, proposal writing, and sales strategy development preferred.
