FP&A MANAGER – CORPORATE SERVICES

Job Purpose

The FP&A Manager – Corporate Services serves as the finance business partner to corporate functions including HR, IT, Facilities, Corporate Services and Transformation initiatives. The role supports financial planning, resource optimisation and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering

  • Partner corporate function leaders on budgeting and financial performance.
  • Provide financial insights to support operational decisions.
  • Support cost management and resource allocation initiatives.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting exercises for corporate functions.
  • Monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
  • Support workforce and project planning.

3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare management reports and dashboards.
  • Analyse expenditure trends and productivity metrics.
  • Support monthly management reviews.

4. Strategic Analysis

  • Support evaluation of corporate projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct financial modelling and business case analysis.
  • Monitor benefits realisation from transformation projects.

5. Finance Transformation

  • Support implementation of EPM and reporting solutions.
  • Improve reporting frameworks and data governance.
  • Drive reporting automation and dashboarding initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor of Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience.
  • Strong FP&A, reporting and business partnering experience.
  • Experience participating in ERP, EPM or finance transformation projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
