Healthcare Assistant – Full-Time (Minimum 33 Hours per Week) 

  • Location: Southall, London (UB1 area) 
  • Salary: £12.71 – £12.72 per hour Shifts: Day, Night, and Flexible Shifts

Overview We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team in the Southall area of London. Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living tasks including washing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
  • Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support.
  • Assist nursing staff with care routines and monitoring residents' wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a care role.
  • Ability to work at least 33 hours per week.
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature.
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
  • Good level of English and basic IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compliance Requirements

  • We will require a DBS check, and we can assist with this.
  • Two satisfactory references are required before starting.
