REGISTERED GENERAL NURSE
Location: Birkenhead
We are currently looking to recruit a Night Registered Nurses with a passion for providing exceptional, kind, personilized care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.

Nursing Home-with 82 beds, situated in Woodchurch, just outside of Birkenhead, the caring and committed team support older people to lead their best lives with personalised nursing dementia care.
Night shifts,12-hour shift, 8pm-8am
Pay rate is £19- £20.5 per hour depending on the experience

The main requirements for this role are:
- *Must be a REGISTERED NURSE (current PIN number with NMC and experience in the UK )
- Right to work in the UK
- *One year's experience is desirable
- *A genuine desire to work with the elderly
- *The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, along with excellent listening skills
- *The ability to supervise other staff members comfortably and competently
- *Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- *Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
- *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder
- Promoting the highest standards of clinical nursing throughout the hospital
- Overseeing the day-to-day care of patients and the administration of required medication
- To provide nursing and personal care and promote their abilities.
- Planning, implementing, and supervising the provision of quality care
- Maintaining the required medical documentation
- Upholding residents' rights to privacy, dignity and choice
- At a more senior level, you'll also need to lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team
- Familiarizing yourself with, and strictly adhering to, company policy and procedure and Care Inspectorate guidelines
