Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 per annum
Our client, located in the vibrant county of Co. Dublin, is seeking a proactive and experienced Duty Manager to join their hospitality team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the establishment and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Provide exemplary customer service to guests, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guests' needs are met and their experience exceeds expectations.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and motivate staff across various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
- Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and training to maintain high standards of service.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards throughout the property.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention.
- Implement strategies to prevent service issues and improve overall guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, and food and beverage service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
