About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Paint vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring impeccable quality.
- Execute paint, prep, color mixing, and polishing tasks with precision.
- Provide clear direction and support to the paint team to optimize efficiency.
- Uphold strict quality control measures throughout all stages of work.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

About You:
- Passion for the Automotive Industry: You're enthusiastic about cars and dedicated to delivering excellence in every paint job.
- Expertise in Paint Processes: You possess a strong understanding of paint processes and workflow within a paint shop.
- People Management Skills: While not mandatory, experience in people management is preferred.
- Positive Attitude: You approach challenges with a can-do attitude and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Qualifications: You're a qualified Spray Painter with demonstrated proficiency in the field.
Salary: $90k to $110k plus super (based on experience)
