About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Paint vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring impeccable quality.
• Execute paint, prep, color mixing, and polishing tasks with precision.
• Provide clear direction and support to the paint team to optimize efficiency.

• Expertise in Paint Processes: You possess a strong understanding of paint processes and workflow within a paint shop.
• People Management Skills: While not mandatory, experience in people management is preferred.

• Qualifications: You're a qualified Spray Painter with demonstrated proficiency in the field.

Salary: $90k to $110k plus super (based on experience)
