Ski Technician

Ski with us in the morning and then work with the best crew in SLC! Your primary role will be preparing skis for those who are passionate about climbing and skiing mountains.

Located near the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, Skimo Co is 100% focused on backcountry skiing. We offer competitive wages, opportunities for advancement, and of course, pro-deals on all the tools of the trade.

Duties:

• Grind, edge, and wax skis using high-end machines.
• Repair skis when possible: base damage, sidewall repair, etc.
  
• Assist on the sales floor with customers during busy times.
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of ski technician experience.
  
• Incredible attention to detail and pride in your work.
  
• Team player who is willing to assist others when necessary.
• Working knowledge of, or ability to learn, the finer art of tuning skis.
• Ability to work on your feet for 7-8 hours.
