Your primary role will be nurturing everyone’s innate passion for climbing and skiing mountains. It’s the ultimate form of exercise with a huge reward: skiing!

Duties:

  • Become an expert on the latest ski mountaineering gear.
  • Provide superior customer service online, on the phone, and in the store.
  • Listen to customers and truly understand their needs and desires.
  • Prioritize and answer emails ranging from gear questions to warranty issues.
  • Answer online questions from our customers about specific pieces of gear.
  • Check orders for accuracy and compatibility between products.
  • Problem solve with team members to troubleshoot any issues our customers may have.
  • Help on the sales floor during busy times.
  • Operate our Point of Sale system for sales, returns, and warranties.
  • Answer phones and process customer requests with our POS.
  • Navigate our website competently to help answer customer questions.
  • Attend all brand clinics.

Requirements:

  • Patience for extensive conversations about gear.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Team player who is willing to assist fellow team members when necessary.
