Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking a compassionate and skilled Female Nurse with a valid DOH (Department of Health) or MOH (Ministry of Health) license to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in medical procedures, and ensure that patients physical and emotional needs are met. This position requires clinical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting in medical procedures.

• Assessments & Monitoring: Perform initial patient assessments, document medical histories, and monitor patient conditions throughout their stay.

• Treatment Implementation: Administer prescribed treatments and interventions, including injections, wound care, and IV therapy, in accordance with medical guidelines and nursing standards.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely medical records, documenting patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-care instructions. Provide emotional support to patients and families as needed.

• Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Infection Control: Ensure infection control procedures and safety standards are followed to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing necessary care or assistance in critical situations.

• Compliance: Ensure that all nursing practices comply with the latest healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and ethical standards in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Licensing: A valid DOH (Department of Health) or MOH (Ministry of Health) nursing license is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.

• Skills:

  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and provide emotional support to patients.

  • Proficient in using hospital equipment and medical software.

• Education: A Bachelors degree in Nursing.

• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Location: Willing to be deployed all across Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in specialized nursing fields such as ICU, Emergency, or Pediatrics is a plus.

• Certification in BLS/ACLS is needed
