We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Care Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home care facilities in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, a passion for providing exceptional patient care, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple home care facilities, ensuring smooth running and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, and train a competent team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, empowering them to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality care.
- Monitor revenue and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues or compliance concerns.
- Continuously monitor patient satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with relevant healthcare regulations and ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to mitigate risks and protect the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a home care setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, patients, and families.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
