Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining confidential records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and contribute to the smooth running of daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.

Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and conferences.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Maintain and organize both digital and physical files.

Assist in document control and ensure proper file management.

Manage internal and external communications effectively.

Provide administrative support for senior management and various teams.

Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies, handling mail, and managing office logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or a Related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or executive role.
- Minimum 4 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- ICDL certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with office equipment and tools.
