Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to analyze social media trends, track performance metrics, and optimize content strategies.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to our target audience.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Conduct regular social media audits and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly those related to AI and machine learning.
- Generate and present reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in social media marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and AI analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch).
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Certification in social media marketing or related areas.
