Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Utilize AI tools and technologies to analyze social media trends, track performance metrics, and optimize content strategies.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to our target audience.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
  • Conduct regular social media audits and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly those related to AI and machine learning.
  • Generate and present reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and AI analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Certification in social media marketing or related areas.
