General Manager
About the job General Manager
Objective:
overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility. Drawing upon your extensive background in healthcare management, you will lead a team of professionals, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained across all departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate staff toward achieving organizational objectives.
- Establish policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operation of the healthcare facility.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, including administrative functions, clinical services, and support services.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets
- Monitor financial performance and variances, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Optimize revenue cycle management processes to maximize reimbursement and minimize revenue leakage
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards governing healthcare operations
- Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve patient care outcomes and satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the organization
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, families, regulatory agencies, and community partners
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances to expand service offerings and market reach
- Evaluate and implement innovative technologies and best practices to enhance patient care delivery, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree Must.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive change and innovation.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and revenue cycle operations.
