About the Job:
The IT Officer is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of all IT equipment, networks, and software applications within the organization. The IT Officer will also assist in the implementation of new technologies and provide training and support to staff as needed. As an IT Officer, the candidate must have exposure to Audits in Healthcare such as (ADHICS, AMCC, ADHICS, AAMEN etc.), and moreover, handling policies, procedure, and compliance.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and security.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and integration of new IT systems and technologies.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Provide training and technical guidance to staff on IT-related matters.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in IT and recommend upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.

Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience as IT officer in UAE for minimum 3-5 years.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office suite, as well as other relevant software applications.
- Strong knowledge of ADHICS & Audit policies and procedure.
- Familiarity with AMCC, AAMEN protocol and submission.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
