Job Title: Family Medicine (European)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Family Medicine with qualifications recognized by the Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional primary healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, examinations, and diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose patients' medical conditions.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs, medical history, and evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate referrals to specialists when appropriate.
  • Educate patients and their families about health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or equivalent specialty.
  • Valid license to practice as a Physician in Abu Dhabi, with qualifications recognized by the DOH.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a Family Medicine Physician, preferably in a clinical setting in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in primary care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients and colleagues.
  • Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and promoting the well-being of individuals and families.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
