Architect

Job Purpose

Responsible for leading and coordinating the architectural design and development of residential, villa, and home-development projects from concept through construction and handover. The role ensures that designs meet client requirements, approved drawings, applicable UAE regulations, authority requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, detailed designs, and construction drawings.
• Prepare architectural layouts, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
• Coordinate architectural designs with Civil, Structural, Electrical, MEP, and other consultants.
• Review drawings and identify design conflicts before construction.
• Prepare drawings and documents for submission to relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with Municipality, ADM, DM, Trakhees, or other applicable authorities.
• Attend authority meetings and address technical comments.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction follows approved designs.
• Review contractor/shop drawings and material submissions.
• Coordinate design revisions with clients and consultants.
• Prepare as-built drawings and documentation for project handover.
• Monitor design-related issues and provide practical site solutions.
• Maintain proper architectural documentation and revision control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Home Country License mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in residential, villa, or home-development projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approval procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction materials.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
