Nurse Supervisor with UAE Homecare experience

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join our Home Healthcare team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing team.
Monitor and ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-centred care.
Coordinate patient care plans, nursing assignments, and staff schedules.
Conduct regular clinical follow-ups and support nurses in managing patient-care needs.
Monitor nursing documentation, medication practices, infection control, and patient safety.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and clinical support to nursing staff.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with physicians, patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Handle and escalate clinical incidents, patient concerns, and operational issues appropriately.
Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, professional standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility.
Previous experience in Nursing Supervision / Charge Nurse / Team Leader role preferred.
Previous Homecare / Home Healthcare experience is preferred.
Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of patient care, infection control, clinical documentation, and quality standards.
Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
BLS certification is required; additional relevant certifications will be an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced home healthcare environment.
