Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex cases.
Requirements
- Language Skills: English (Upper-Intermediate/B2+) or German (Intermediate/B1+ or higher). German is a significant advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
