Requirements

  • Language Skills: English (Upper-Intermediate/B2+) or German (Intermediate/B1+ or higher). German is a significant advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
