Security Technician

My client is a leading technology solutions provider committed to delivering cutting-edge security solutions to their clients. They take pride in their innovative approach and are currently seeking skilled Security Installation Technicians and Security Service Technician to join their dynamic team. My client has almost 30 years of industry knowledge and expertise, few security companies can rival their experience.

What type of work are you looking for?

1. FIFO work 8 days on 6 days off?
2. Stay in the metropolitan area and go home every night.
3. Or a mix of both the choice is yours?

Some of the day-to-day duties will be:

• Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Assisting with cable installation and identification
• Cutting locks into doors and frames
• Second fixing (card readers, locks)
• Installing cable containment
• Installing devices and cable terminations stripping cables, soldering
• Programming of systems

Requirements:

• WA Security Licence (Installer)
• Cabling Installers Licence and Endorsements
• National Police Clearance
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards.
• Proficient in the installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Knowledge of network security principles and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• White card
• First Aid Certificate
