About the job Customer Support video platform
Salary: 1,300 EUR Monthly gross + Performance Bonus up to 145 EUR monthly (120 EUR ticket restaurants + up to 25 EUR cash gross)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; shifts between 10:00 - 23:00, Monday - Sunday (8-hour shifts with 1-hour lunch break)

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our subscribers primarily in German, and occasionally in English.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, billing, technical support, and content.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Document interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts within the specified hours, including weekends and holidays.
