Role Overview: You'll manage customer inquiries via email and live chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Additionally, oversee content moderation across platforms to uphold company standards and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support (70%):
- Efficiently address customer queries and issues via email and live chat.
- Provide accurate information using appropriate tools and methods.
- Achieve personal and team targets, escalating issues as needed.
Content Moderation (30%):
- Review and moderate user-generated content to maintain policy adherence.
- Identify and escalate policy violations and fraudulent activities.
- Foster a secure online environment for all users.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native fluency in Dutch or Flemish; B2 level English proficiency.
- Technical Skills: Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word).
- Other Skills: Detail-oriented, decisive, proactive learner.
Availability:
- Rotational shifts between 7:00 am and midnight.
- 5-day workweek with 2 consecutive days off.
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting gross salary of 1800 Euros/month
- Quarterly government support of 130 Euros.
