We're searching for a driven and multilingual Customer Support Hero to join our growing payments system team. You'll be the first line of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a smooth user experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in both German (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
- Troubleshoot customer issues with our payment system efficiently and accurately.
- Build rapport with customers and foster positive experiences.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on new features and functionalities of the payment system.
Who You Are:
- A passionate and motivated individual with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills in both German (C2) and English (B2).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer software and applications.
