What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in both German (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with our payment system efficiently and accurately.
  • Build rapport with customers and foster positive experiences.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on new features and functionalities of the payment system.

Who You Are:

  • Excellent communication skills in both German (C2) and English (B2).
