We're looking for a passionate Italian speaker to join our Bucharest team as a Customer Service Specialist. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, email, or chat, ensuring our Italian clients have a smooth and enjoyable travel journey.
In this role, you'll:
- Be a customer champion, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing clear information about flights, fares, and travel policies.
- Assist clients with booking, changing, or canceling reservations, making sure everything is handled accurately and efficiently.
- Be a problem-solving pro, finding solutions that leave both customers and the company happy.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to deliver exceptional service.
- Stay on top of travel industry trends and keep your knowledge sharp about our company's offerings.
- Gather customer feedback and use it to suggest improvements to our services.
To be a great fit, you'll have:
- Fluent Italian and strong English communication skills. Bonus points for additional languages!
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) with customer service or travel industry experience a plus.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and navigate tricky situations.
- A knack for problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfort with computers, customer service software, and reservation systems you're a quick learner too!
- The ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
