  • Schedule: Work-life balance is key! Enjoy Monday to Friday shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, rotational), with weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
  • Competitive Compensation:
    • Base Salary: 830 EUR per 14 months
    • Performance Bonus: 140 EUR  monthly
    • Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR net/day
    • Complexity Bonus: 10EUR monthly
  • Career Growth: Receive comprehensive training and opportunities to work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Flexibility: After completing a six-month on-site period (permanent contract, subject to a three-month trial), you can choose between onsite work in Braga or remote work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Customer Support & Advisory: Provide professional assistance to healthcare professionals via phone, guiding them through software functionalities and answering incoming queries.
  • Proactive Training: Educate clients on using our services effectively, ensuring they maximize the value of our products.
  • Email Communication: Handle customer requests swiftly and efficiently through email, providing clear and thorough responses.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams like sales, marketing, and product development to guarantee a seamless client experience and complete satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

  • Languages: Proficiency in French (C2) and English (B2) is a must.
  • Experience: While previous experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role is a plus, we welcome motivated candidates with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability to handle diverse customer needs.
