Location: Oriente, Lisbon

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (including bank holidays)
  • Rotational shifts between 07:00 AM and 07:00 PM
  • Weekends off

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 12 530 EUR per annum
  • Performance Bonus: 1200 EUR per annum
  • Meal Allowance: 1909,72 EUR per annum
  • Health Insurance: After 6 months of employment
  • Relocation Package:
    • Flight ticket reimbursement after 6 months
    • Apartment room with a rent of 280 EUR/month, directly discounted from the payslip (for 12 months)

Profile Requirements:

  • Language Skills: French native speaker and English at a B2 level
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred, particularly in handling technical inquiries through voice, email, or chat channels
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support for lighting products
  • Handling technical customer interactions through phone, email, chat, and social messaging platforms
  • Providing clear, practical information within established guidelines and addressing customer queries regarding products and services
  • Documenting and managing customer requests while escalating issues to higher support tiers when needed
  • Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or close help tickets
  • Managing your own ticket queue and following management directions, providing feedback as needed

Work Environment:

  • On-site position at our Lisbon offices (Oriente area)
