This permanent role offers you:

• Salary & Benefits: Earn a good salary of 19,320 euros gross annually(including 14th-month pay), plus a performance bonus of up to 8% of your annual base salary, private health & life insurance, and 25 days of annual leave.
• Schedule:  8:00 AM - 11:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

The role:

• Provide exceptional customer service to German clients over the phone.
• Assist with using the company's online booking platform.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Problem-solving skills and a passion for customer service.
