Your Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers through effective communication techniques.
- Optimize every contact, both inbound and outbound, by leveraging a commercial approach.
- Manage your assigned portfolio with the utmost rigor and integrity, ensuring compliance with all procedures and safety rules.
- Be a role model for exemplary customer service, consistently exceeding expectations.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- Speak French at a Native level
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment.
- Prior experience in collections, banking, or insurance (a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for building relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- A commitment to data security and compliance with procedures.

Working Schedule: MondayFriday (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM) - Rotational
Location: Work From Home (Above Coimbra to North of Portugal)
The offer:
- The base salary is 11,620 EUR per year.
- Additional benefits include meal allowance (1,908.72 EUR), role complement (550 EUR), and transport allowance (240 EUR) per year.
- A performance bonus of 2,040 EUR per year is possible.
- The potential gross annual income, including the bonus, is 14,318.72 EUR.
- Health insurance is provided from day 1 and becomes free after 6 months.
