Dutch-Speaking Travel Support Representative

We're partnering with one of the world's largest travel marketplaces to provide exceptional customer care. As a Travel Support Representative, you'll assist travelers with their global journeys, ensuring seamless experiences from flights to accommodations and beyond.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple channels (inbound calls, outbound calls, email, chat), meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Address customer queries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of our client's products and services.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Record and retrieve information accurately using our call tracking database.

Skill Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (written and verbal) with a working knowledge of English, including industry-specific terminology.
• Proficient in computer navigation, typing, and general PC use.
• High school diploma preferred, with relevant customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.

What You Can Expect From Us:

• Full-time position with standard hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Work-from-office in Sofia
• Salary (4000 BGN gross) and a benefits package: 50 BGN for Internet allowance, life event bonus (500 BGN)
