About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you'll be the first line of support for our Spanish and English speaking customers across the globe. You'll provide exceptional service by troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software installation and licensing, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Here's what you'll do:

• Be a customer champion! Provide friendly and professional support via phone, chat, email and social media.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and find solutions for a wide range of software issues.
• Guide customers through software installation and ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist with licensing questions and ensure proper registration.
• Become a product expert through our comprehensive 20-day training program (fully compensated!).

The Ideal Candidate:

• Native or fluent level of Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Familiarity with creative software a plus.
