We're looking for a tech-savvy individual to join our growing team providing exceptional support to our corporate clients for various software products.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues through phone calls, online ticketing systems, and remote access tools.
  • Analyze problems and prioritize cases based on client needs.
  • Deliver solutions following established procedures.
  • Focus on client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for comprehensive support.

You're a great fit if you:

  • Have strong Hungarian (C1/C1-) and English (B2) language skills.
  • Possess prior technical experience or relevant education in software or similar fields.
  • Excel at communication and understanding client needs.
  • Can explain complex information clearly.
  • Are eager to learn about different software products.

We offer:

  • Full-time technical support role with a rotating schedule (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM).
  • Comprehensive training program: 2 months in-office followed by a 70% home office, 30% office split.
  • Location: Sofia
  • Competitive salary of 3000 BGN gross + bonuses.
