We're looking for a tech-savvy individual to join our growing team providing exceptional support to our corporate clients for various software products.
- Troubleshoot technical issues through phone calls, online ticketing systems, and remote access tools.
- Analyze problems and prioritize cases based on client needs.
- Deliver solutions following established procedures.
- Focus on client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues for comprehensive support.
You're a great fit if you:
- Have strong Hungarian (C1/C1-) and English (B2) language skills.
- Possess prior technical experience or relevant education in software or similar fields.
- Excel at communication and understanding client needs.
- Can explain complex information clearly.
- Are eager to learn about different software products.
- Welcome new challenges.
We offer:
- Full-time technical support role with a rotating schedule (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM).
- Comprehensive training program: 2 months in-office followed by a 70% home office, 30% office split.
- Location: Sofia
- Competitive salary of 3000 BGN gross + bonuses.
