Brief overview of the role:
Provide customer support to bank clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat platforms, delivering exceptional service and promoting innovative digital banking products in the German market.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding banking services, account openings, password resets, transfers, etc.
- Manage back-office tasks such as responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.
- Promote banking products.
- Adhere to transparency requirements, providing information about the purpose, features, and risks of various investment products, in line with applicable internal and external regulations.
- Report and monitor any anomalies in applications.
- Meet quality standards and sales targets set by the organization.
Requirements:
Education: Preference for degrees in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
Languages: Fluency in German at a C2 level.

Benefits:
