Are you a people person with a knack for languages? We're seeking a German-speaking Car Rental Service Agent to join our energetic team in Athens, Greece!

What You'll Do:

• Be the friendly voice for our German and English-speaking customers, answering questions and resolving inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
• Assist customers with every aspect of their car rental experience.
• Troubleshoot issues with a positive and upbeat attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize your technical skills to navigate our systems and find solutions.

Who We're Looking For:

• Native or fluent speaker of German (C2 level).
• Strong English language skills (B1 level minimum).
• High school diploma or higher education (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus (hospitality or car rental experience is ideal).
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Familiarity with technology and the ability to learn new systems.
