The Role

As a French Content Moderator, you'll be a champion for safety and trust on our platform. You'll leverage your language skills and social media savvy to ensure a positive experience for everyone users, sellers, and creators alike.

• Be a Guardian of Trust: Review and moderate French content according to our community guidelines, keeping our platform safe and enjoyable for all.
• Customer Hero: Efficiently handle inquiries from users, sellers, and creators, providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborative Problem Solver: Work with other teams to identify recurring issues, find solutions, and improve the overall customer experience.
• Relationship Builder: Engage with French sellers to build trust and confidence in our platform.

• French Fluency: You're fluent in written and spoken French, with a strong understanding of French slang and cultural nuances.
