About the Role:
Join our vibrant team of Community Specialists and play a vital role in shaping a safe and supportive online environment. - Data-Driven Solutions: Be a part of the solution! You'll analyze user data and identify trends to continuously improve the user experience.
- Think Outside the Box: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions to optimize our processes.

Minimum Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English
- Analytical Mind: Minimum score on a mutually agreed-upon reasoning/analytical test
- Education: Some degree of further education/college desirable (military experience may be considered)
- Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or similar environment
- Cultural Awareness: High affinity for the social and political landscape of your designated market (critical for nuanced policy decisions)
What We Offer:
- Relocation Assistance: We'll help you settle in with a 2-week hotel stay, flight ticket (within the EU), airport pickup, and real estate agency fee assistance (EU citizens with work permits or refugees with Certificate of Protection are eligible)
- Compensation: 1,045 EUR gross monthly salary + 2 extra salaries
- 160 EUR performance bonus
- Predictable Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 7 am - 10 pm (schedule may vary)
