What you'll do:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Answer questions about products, orders, deliveries, returns, and more.
  • Build rapport with customers and demonstrate a clear understanding of the brands you represent.
  • Be a problem-solver, proactively identifying solutions and exceeding customer expectations.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
  • A passion for excellent customer service
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

The Offer:

  • Working hours: 10:00 am-7:00 pm; 11:00 am- 8:00 pm
  • Salary: 2800 BGN gross
  • Transportation allowance: 50 BGN monthly
  • Important live event bonus (e.g. marriage): 500 BGN
  • Training: 2 weeks fully-paid (remotely)
  • Joining deadline: 17-06-2024
