What you'll do:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Answer questions about products, orders, deliveries, returns, and more.
- Build rapport with customers and demonstrate a clear understanding of the brands you represent.
- Be a problem-solver, proactively identifying solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
You're a great fit if you have:
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
- A passion for excellent customer service
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
The Offer:
- Working hours: 10:00 am-7:00 pm; 11:00 am- 8:00 pm
- Salary: 2800 BGN gross
- Transportation allowance: 50 BGN monthly
- Important live event bonus (e.g. marriage): 500 BGN
- Training: 2 weeks fully-paid (remotely)
- Joining deadline: 17-06-2024
