Role Overview: You will primarily handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat, ensuring a professional and timely response. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in content moderation across various platforms, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and local laws.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support (70%):
- Professionally handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers using appropriate tools and methods.
- Meet personal and customer support team targets.
- Escalate issues as necessary and provide feedback on common trends and user behavior.
- Content Moderation (30%):
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Identify and escalate instances of policy violations and fraudulent activities.
- Contribute to creating a secure online environment for users.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native fluency in Dutch or Flemish and B2 level in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word).
- Other Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to make quick and accurate decisions, and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting.
- Availability: Willingness to work morning and late shifts until midnight on a rotational basis.
Working Schedule and Contract:
- Shifts: Rotational shifts between 7:00 am and midnight.
- Days Off: 5 days with 2 consecutive days off.
- Salary: Starting gross salary of 1800 Euros per month, with a net pay of 1550 Euros. Quarterly government support of 130 Euros.
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses twice a year, up to 200 Euros each.
- Contract: Indefinite contract type.
- Benefits: Full training provided onsite for 2 weeks, health insurance after 6 months, career progression opportunities, and relocation assistance including airport pick-up, initial accommodation, and partial flight ticket reimbursement after probation.
