About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and multilingual customer support specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our Portuguese and English-speaking customers, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a smooth brand experience.
You'll be responsible for:
- Answering customer questions via phone, email, and chat in both Polish and English.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing detailed solutions.
- Researching and resolving complex customer inquiries.
- Upholding a high standard of customer service and building rapport with customers.
We offer:
- Salary options: 2800 BGN gross if working from home, 2900 BGN gross if working from office
- Fully paid training to get you up to speed - 2 weeks
- Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN.

You're a great fit if you have: 11 am - 8 pm.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken - B2
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A passion for the sports industry (a plus!)
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bulgarian Work permits & blue cards are not accepted
