Role Overview:
The primary goal of this role is to enhance the advertising experience by addressing issues, delivering outstanding client support, and driving customer satisfaction. As an Advertising Sales Representative, you will interact with advertisers and agencies to provide post-sales support, customer service, and troubleshooting assistance. This position offers an opportunity to grow and manage a client base in a dynamic, innovative environment while working with a team of elite sales professionals.
Your responsibilities include generating sustained sales, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service in both Polish and English. Success in this role requires strong consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills, a proactive mindset, adaptability to a fast-paced team environment, and a passion for helping clients achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Contact new and existing clients (advertisers and agencies) via phone, chat, and email daily.
- Identify sales opportunities and offer customized solutions to align with client goals.
- Portfolio Management:
- Manage a portfolio of small business clients to grow their revenue.
- Prioritize outreach strategies based on client needs and business understanding.
- Consultative Sales:
- Demonstrate a commitment to consultative selling to serve client goals effectively.
- Provide tailored recommendations to support advertisers' unique requirements.
- Market Expertise:
- Research and understand various industries, verticals, and client business models.
- Leverage local business insights to personalize advertising solutions for regional advertisers.
- Optimization & Engagement:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize product performance through proactive client engagement.
- Consult on product adoption to improve client outcomes.
- Advertising Solutions Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of advertising solutions, including performance measurement.
- Share expertise and feedback to enhance products and the customer experience.
- Problem Solving & Feedback:
- Identify trends and challenges while delivering valuable product insights.
- Contribute success stories and share innovative ideas to drive business growth for clients.
- Tools & Techniques:
- Use various communication tools to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Provide pre-and post-sales support across all applicable advertising products.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong consultative sales and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in Polish and English.
- Curiosity and passion for learning, teaching, and helping others succeed.
- Expertise in advertising solutions, with a focus on Facebook advertising products.

Location: Lisbon, City Center
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week, 2 days off per week)

- Option 1: 1,766.14 EUR, which includes the base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, and a food allowance.
- Option 2: 1,337.50 EUR gross per month, which includes room allowance, base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, and a food allowance.

- Airport pick-up and assistance with Portuguese registration.
- Flight cost reimbursement upon arrival and yearly complimentary two-way ticket (within the EU).
