Are you fluent in Dutch, have a passion for social media, and interested in relocating to Portugal? We're seeking dedicated Content Moderators to join a leading Social Media Project in the heart of Lisbon. In this role, you'll help create a safer digital space by reviewing and moderating user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with platform policies and enhances user experience.

Role Summary:

As a Content Moderator, you will categorize and moderate content, removing any inappropriate or harmful posts, videos, images, and texts as per platform guidelines. This position requires strong attention to detail and resilience, as you may encounter sensitive material.

Core Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Evaluate and categorize user-generated content, following strict platform policies.
• Community Safety: Help maintain a safe online environment by screening and removing harmful content.
• Guideline Adherence: Follow established processes to ensure platform integrity.
• User Experience: Protect and shape user experience by filtering out sensitive content.

Relocation Support for International Candidates:

• Welcome Package: Includes airport pick-up and assistance with Portuguese registration.
• Flight Reimbursement: Initial flight cost covered, plus an annual return flight within the EU.
• Housing: Fully furnished, shared company apartments for 14 months, with utilities and essentials provided.
• Community Programs: Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, cooking classes, and more.
  

Working Environment:

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts with 1-hour break).
• Shifts: Rotational, including nights and weekends (24/7 coverage); two consecutive days off per week.
• Office Location: Centrally located in Lisbon, in a lively and easily accessible area.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary options: 1,298.11 EUR gross (includes base salary, holiday bonuses, and food allowance).
• 1040,66 EUR gross (includes base salary, room allowance, holiday bonuses, and food allowance).
• Training: 92.80 EUR/week for a 10-day training period conducted in English.
