Role Overview: Engage with high-profile clients of a leading European digital bank, providing expert financial advice and introducing cutting-edge banking products with attractive returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat platforms for banking clients in the German market.
  • Handle inquiries related to banking services, account management, transfers, and more.
  • Manage back-office tasks including email and WhatsApp correspondence.
  • Promote innovative banking products while adhering to transparency and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and report anomalies in applications, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Achieve set quality standards and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German at a C2 level.

Experience: Previous banking experience is advantageous.

Benefits:

  • Full-time position, 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (with 2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month), from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Permanent contract with a competitive salary of 20,730 EUR gross per year.
