Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via various channels (inbound/outbound calls, email, chat)
• Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
• Maintain a strong understanding of our client's products/services
• Participate in initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and company performance
• Track, document, and retrieve information within the call tracking system

• Location: Remote in Bulgaria (Sofia time zone)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8 hours per day)
