We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our brand new Customer Support team in beautiful Malta! In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our online marketplace customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries via email.

What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email on a variety of topics related to our online marketplace.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Follow established communication procedures and policies.
- Use strong analytical skills to evaluate situations and make decisions based on defined guidelines.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
- A highly motivated individual with a passion for excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian (advanced/proficient) and English (B2).
- Proficient in using computers and comfortable learning new software tools.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to a rotational shift schedule (7am to 3.30pm or 3.30pm to midnight) with weekend and public holiday work included.

Additional Information:
- Start Date: September 2, 2024
- Training: On-site training provided at our Qormi office.
- Relocation package: Up to 200 EUR flight reimbursement and 5 days of hotel accommodation upon successful completion of the probationary period.
