Location: Athens, Greece

Salary:

  • Base monthly salary: 1,045 EUR
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to 160 EUR

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day with 1-hour lunch break
  • Workdays: Monday to Sunday, 07:00-22:00

Language Skills:

  • Spanish: C2 proficiency
  • English: B2 proficiency

Training:

  • Fully paid training: 1 week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist our community by resolving inquiries empathetically, accurately, and promptly.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in our media products and community standards.
  • Make balanced decisions and advocate effectively for the community.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.
  • Uphold our mission to #ShipLove and prioritize community welfare.
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues such as account support requests and abusive content.
  • Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Utilize market-specific knowledge to identify scalable solutions for community support.
  • Analyze data to enhance the overall user experience on the platform.
  • Enforce our online Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.
  • Review reported content within defined turnaround times and quality standards.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Recognize trends and escalate issues outside of company policy to the global team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Language proficiency: Minimum agreed score in English language test or equivalent.
  • Analytical capabilities: Minimum score in reasoning/analytical tests.
  • Education: Some college education preferred; military experience accepted.
  • Experience: Up to 1 year in Business Process Outsourcing or similar service/process management environment.
  • Cultural awareness: Understanding of political and social dynamics relevant to supported regions.
