Do you have a passion for sales, building relationships, and fluency in German? We're looking for a charismatic New Business Developer to join our growing team in Barcelona!
In this role, you'll be a champion for our fantastic products by:
- Unearthing new sales opportunities: Search for potential retailers who could benefit from selling our products.
- Spreading the product love: Make cold calls and convince potential customers to partner with us.
- Building strong relationships: Become a trusted advisor to new stores, ensuring their success with our products.
We're looking for a go-getter with the following:
- Sales experience: At least 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Fluency in German: A must-have for this role.
- Communication skills: Strong English communication skills are also required.
- Relentless drive: A passion for exceeding targets and exceeding expectations.
- Product knowledge: A willingness to learn about our exciting product line.

We expect our New Business Developer to achieve the following:
- Over 50 calls per day.
- 12 appointments booked with accompanying sample packs sent per week.
- Over 8 hours of conversations per week.
