About the job Customer Support Agent (German) - Bucharest Office
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric German-speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Bucharest. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service to our German-speaking clientele, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. This position necessitates strong communication abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and adeptness in thriving within a fast-paced setting.
Primary Duties:
- Customer Assistance: Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Offer precise information on flight timings, ticket rates, and travel regulations.
- Reservations Oversight: Aid customers in booking, adjusting, or canceling reservations, ensuring accurate and swift transaction handling.
- Issue Management: Address customer grievances effectively to guarantee their contentment, striving to find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain precise logs of customer interactions and transactions, treating all customer data with confidentiality and security.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and various departments to uphold exceptional service standards. Engage in team gatherings and training programs.
- Knowledge Enhancement: Stay informed about company protocols, services, and trends within the travel sector.
- Continuously enhance your understanding of British Airways' services to better assist customers.
- Feedback Integration: Gather and communicate customer feedback to refine service quality. Propose improvements to existing procedures and approaches based on customer input.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, call center, hotel & service industry
- Fluency in German (C1-C2 level) - mandatory. Testing will be conducted during the interview process.
- Strong proficiency in English (B2 level) - mandatory. Testing will be conducted during the interview process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A positive, customer-centric attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail

What We Offer:
- Salary of 8050 RON net per month, including base salary and meal tickets (25 RON per day)
