Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and process data requests from law enforcement and legal entities.
- Interpret and apply internal policies to requests while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in a repetitive, procedural role, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Escalate cases as needed and follow established workflows independently.
- Uphold the company's commitment to user data protection and privacy.
What We Offer
- Training & Onboarding:
- A comprehensive 4-week training program followed by 2 weeks of hands-on practice (nesting phase).
- Training includes policy application, internal tools, and role-specific technical knowledge.
- Work-Life Balance:
- 40-hour workweek with shifts scheduled between Monday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Rotational weekends off and a 1-hour lunch break daily.
- Attractive Compensation:
- Monthly Gross Salary: 2,135.00 EUR
- Monthly Target Bonus: 200.00 EUR, based on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Annual Gross Package: 28,020 EUR
- Contract Type:
- Initial 11-month fixed-term contract, with eligibility for a permanent role after renewal.
