Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM (with potential adjustments based on client needs)

Comprehensive Training: 3 weeks of training to equip you for success

What You'll Do:

• Be the friendly face for our German and English-speaking customers, answering questions and resolving inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
• Assist customers with every aspect of their car rental experience, from reservations to returns.
• Troubleshoot issues with a positive and upbeat attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize your technical skills to navigate our systems and find solutions.

Who You Are:

• Native or fluent speaker of German (C2 level)
• Strong English language skills (B1 level minimum)
• High school diploma or higher education (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus (hospitality or car rental experience ideal)
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service with a positive and helpful attitude
• Familiarity with technology and the ability to learn new systems
