Join our team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service for a prestigious client in the home appliances sector. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless support for our business partners and end consumers, handling a range of service requests, inquiries, complaints, and sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Request Management:
- Initiate service visits for repairs, installations, or maintenance upon request from business partners.
- Utilize Call Assistance tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely where possible, minimizing unnecessary technician visits.
- Coordinate service orders, ensuring all preparations are made and confirming technician availability.
- General Inquiries:
- Provide comprehensive information to business partners based on their needs.
- Access and utilize relevant data sources to facilitate accurate and prompt responses.
- Initiate follow-up activities for sending necessary materials like catalogues or brochures.
- Service Related Complaints:
- Register complaints systematically, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
- Attempt resolution during initial contact; escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed.
- Set up follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Spare Part Sales:
- Proactively identify opportunities for spare parts sales during customer interactions.
- Execute up-selling and cross-selling strategies sensitively and professionally, adhering to ethical sales practices.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: 1500 EUR gross per month.
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% based on individual and team achievements.
- Work Schedule: Flexible, Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 22:00.
- Training: Fully paid 2-week remote training program.
- Work Environment: Remote position based in Greece.
Relocation Package (for candidates outside Greece)
- Accommodation: 2 weeks in a hotel upon arrival.
- Travel: Flight ticket provided (within EU), including airport pickup.
- Support: Assistance with real estate agency fees to facilitate settling in.

- Customer Service Excellence: Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
